Who knew I wouldn’t be going home after winding up here for the, umm…I lost count of how many times I’ve been in and out of this place.  I’m known as a frequent flyer around here. I’m Maxwell, aka Border Collie/Cattle Dog, escapee. No, I don’t have a license. Maybe that’s why I wound up behind bars. Anyway, my family never came back for me so I’m looking for a new place to call home. I’m just 7 years young, smart as a whip, cute as a button and ready to charm you with my good looks. I’d say that’s enough to make you wanna come down here and adopt me, right? Okay, a little more… I love everyone, I get bored easily if I’m left alone (I find my own fun outside of my fence) and I have a spiffy, red coat. Don’t be surprised if you don’t see me wag my tail, I don’t have one! I’ll wiggle my whole backside instead. Alright, the rest is left for you to come find out.
