I’m Percy, the smart Chiweenie. I’m 12 weeks old, I currently weigh around 6-7lbs (I might be 12lbs when grown) and I’m seeking a family. When I arrived at SWAT, the humans poked me with a needle (that wasn’t fun) and they gave me a treat called “dewormer.” That was the worst treat I ever tasted. Once that was all said and done, we headed to a house where hens lived. I had no idea what hens were.. .now I do. They’re the scariest group of ladies I’ve ever met. They all tower over me and make the weirdest sounds. Nope, I thought, I’m out. Since I’ve been here, I’ve been learning how to potty outside and I’m doing very well with it. The other dogs are fun to play with. The cat is well, the cat. I’m also sporting a bright orange collar equipped with a bell. That took some getting used to. That’s the only collar that would fit me, I’m so small. If you’re looking for a tiny companion, look no further than me!
