Mork arrived at SWAT On July 4^th, 2018. He had a severe case of mange; he didn’t have a spec of hair on his body. His skin was hot to the touch, he was covered with ticks, cuts and scrapes. The sores around his face and eyes were oozing and infected.  A few weeks later, Mork made an emergant trip to the vet, where he was diagnosed with tick fever. We didn’t think he would make it through the weekend, but he came through! He is a real trooper.  A few weeks after that, his hair was filling in nicely and his tick fever was gone. Just when we thought he was ready for his neuter surgery and ready to be adopted, Mork ended up getting ringworm from kittens. After spending two and a half months with SWAT, Mork was given a clean bill of health and he was finally ready to be adopted.
